His illustrious career as an art director includes TV animation, ‘Future Boy Conan’ (1978), Film masterpieces ‘Grave of the Fireflies’ (1988), ‘Princess Mononoke‘ (1977), and ‘The Girl Who Leapt Through Time’ (2006)
